Our team of the International Office is always happy to help and support students in all aspects.

A personal "Study-Buddy" will accompany you during your stay specifically for the first few days in Germany, which includes, for example, a pick up service from the airport/train station.

A supervisor of the specific department will foster immersion into university departments.

Students in Hannover and Clausthal will be placed in dormitories/halls of residence. Typical dormitory accomodations consist of a single private bedroom with shared kitchen and bathroom areas. All rooms are completely furnished (including bedsheets, blanket, pillow) and have access to television and internet.

Students find student canteens called "Mensa" providing full meals for a low budget at various places at the University.
